Responsibilities

• Deliver skill-specific technical training aligned with client requirements
• Develop training modules, assessments, and certification-aligned materials
• Support our ongoing TESDA accreditation and competency-based training standards
• Conduct pre-hire technical bootcamps to strengthen our recruitment pipeline
• Help build the SOS Academy's programs, systems, and learning culture...
