What you’ll be doing:

• You're the go-to for new starter technical training across the studio.
• You'll be teaching classes on technical tools and how our pipeline works.
• Get ready to create, team up on, and organize training content.
• Writing and posting docs on Confluence is your jam.
• Keeping our learning programs updated on the LMS (Learning Management System) is also on your plate.

Your day-to-day responsibilities might look like this:

• New Starter Training: You'll run the week-long intro class for all the new folks. This includes sorting out tech glitches, giving feedback, chatting with managers, and checking homework ('quests').
• Scheduling: liaise with the L&D coordinator to get those new starter training sessions booked.
