Ensuring competence system updates and associated competence passports for GT are maintained. Support system issue resolution and escalate as required. Provide system support for the maintenance of competency framework updates and associated competence passports. Ensure data quality and security standards are monitored in line with requirements. Identify areas for quality or security improvement. Supporting GT Operations with general queries relating to the competency systems and framework To adhere to GDPR regulations in relation to the management of competence information To support the Competence Officers with the ongoing auditing of the competence system Support the technical training team with administrative support and coverage across the wider team when required.
