Description: The Technical Training Commodity Manager is responsible for, but not limited to: • Define and develop the courseware for our automotive technical curriculum • Conduct technical training development needs analysis and solution planning meetings • Provide media selections and alternative training plans based on course criteria • Interact with engineers, instructors and other subject matter experts to ensure course accuracy and efficacy of activities • Perform research, including disassembly of actual components/vehicles to gain product knowledge • Follow specifications and style guide to ensure consistency and quality • Manage the development process timeline from start of work to handoff • Manage the development of multiple courses at the same time • Deliver trainer-the-trainer sessions • Monitor and regularly update existing content to align with industry and technology changes Requirements: Extensive knowledge of automotive components and systems • A degree is preferred b...
