Description:
The Technical Training Commodity Manager is responsible for, but not limited to:*
Define and develop the courseware for our automotive technical curriculum*
Conduct technical training development needs analysis and solution planning meetings *
Provide media selections and alternative training plans based on course criteria *
Interact with engineers, instructors and other subject matter experts to ensure course accuracy and efficacy of activities*
Perform research, including disassembly of actual components/vehicles to gain product knowledge *
Follow specifications and style guide to ensure consistency and quality *
Manage the development process timeline from start of work to handoff *
Manage the development of multiple courses at the same time*
Deliver trainer-the-trainer sessions *
Monitor and regularly update existing content to align with industry and technology changes
