Job Description
As a **LMS Administrator, Technical Training Lead Analyst** on our team, you will assist in maintaining the learning management system (LMS) user audiences, assignments, and reporting that will meet all regulatory, client, accreditation, and compliance needs to ensure data accuracy and integrity of Evernorth Pharmacies.
**In this role, you will make an impact on our Evernorth Pharmacy patients and the organization as a whole by:**
+ Performing multiple administrative functions in support of the organization-wide LMS training programs.
+ Assisting with LMS course assignments, reporting, auditing, and maintenance of course records within the LMS.
+ Creating and auditing all specialty LMS assignment profiles, audiences, and learning activities.
+ Uploading, testing, and deploying eLearning content into the LMS.
+ Developing and analyzing various LMS reports based on requester and data needs across multiple business areas.
