Key Responsibilities

 Design & monitor annual training calendar of Blade and monitor Plan Vs Actual.

 Ensure timely execution of training programs.

 Ensure all training programs meet relevant certification standards.

 Maintain records of employee certifications and training completions.

 Liaise with external certification bodies and training partners.

 Maintain updated records of training activities viz. assessment sheets, attendance sheets, feedback reports, skill assessment records.

 Integrate simulation tools, e-learning platforms, and AR/VR technologies into training delivery.

 Evaluate training effectiveness and feedback mechanisms.

 Work closely with blade plant operations, project, service & HR to align and execute training.

 Represent the technical training function of blade in audits, internal & external meetings.

 Collaboration with all stakeholders and department heads, functional heads to identify training needs and prioritize learning initiatives based on business need and employee’s feedback.

 Manage the Opex and Capex budget efficiently for development, implementation and execution of technical training activities.

 To ensure cost effective delivery of training programs without compromising quality.

 Manage a team of trainer/s.

 Mentor and coach trainer/s to deliver high-impact sessions.

 Conduct performance reviews and support professional development.


Qualification:

Postgraduate or graduate in Electrical/Mechanical/Composite Engineering with

minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Training Manager (Blade Operations)
