Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations Training the Technical Training Specialist will help design and conduct various technical, safety and in-field trainings like Solar Technical, BESS, High Voltage Awareness, NFPA-70E, Electrical Schematics, Electrical and Hydraulic troubleshooting, LOTO Awareness, Confined Space Awareness, etc. amongst other trainings, to align employee performance with the goals of organization. The technical training specialist will also determine training objectives and write training programs, including outlines, handouts, courses, exams as well as design practical exercises.
