Responsibilities

This position will manage the identification, design, delivery and effective evaluation of learning and development programs as well as technical and functional trainings for the employees at the plant.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should be a graduate of Engineering
  • With a passion in teaching and/or training.
  • Adept in TNA, Technical Training Facilitation, and Management.
  • With a background in supervision.
  • Experience in doing plant maintenance is a plus
  • Has good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to be assigned at Sta. Maria Bulacan
