Technical Training Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Design and formulation of training programs and materials.
• Collaborate with section heads and department heads, within or outside Engineering Department, in developing unique and effective training solutions specific to the different group of expertise.
• Develop learning materials such as training manuals, multimedia visual aids, computer and web-based tutorials.
• Develop innovative solutions, modifications and enhancements to technical training programs.
• Maintain a keen understanding of technical training trends, developments, and best practices.
• Provide technical resources by providing resource center for lesson‑learned, best practices, and references for planning.
• Conduct assessment and evaluation of target trainees.
• Design technical training program accredited by Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) for CPD units.
