The Virginia Department of Elections (ELECT) is seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer with proven experience in developing clear, concise, user-friendly documentation for complex technical products. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that complex technical information is communicated clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to develop documentation for a cloud-based software development project with the initial phase currently in progress. This engagement will require writing a style guide for a software development project. Applicants are required to submit a Technical writing sample with their application, preferably a style guide or similar product. Applications that do not include a writing sample will not be considered.
