Story Behind the Need
Business group: Credit Risk Data & Analytics –Business Banking. This group consolidates Business Banking data across the organization and supports strategic data initiatives, new data feeds, and enterprise level reporting.
Project: The Business Banking Transformation project requires a technical writer to develop a consolidated, living Encore User Guide that captures field level definitions and the underlying logic of derived fields within Encore.
