Job Description
Job Title: Technical Writer/ Technical Author
• Key Responsibilities:
- Author system descriptions, maintenance procedures and fault isolation procedures as per ATA i Spec 2200 / S1000 D norms, and further align the content with ASD STE 100 standard.
- Extract information from tools like GAMS, IMS-PA, MADAME, TAKSY, PASS-SSI, AIRINA, TDUMS, DMP, AIRNAVx.
- Perform impact analysis on events like MPM, SB, COC, MPD, TR dossiers and other triggers for authoring.
- Manage configuration for the updates done in DACAS Arbortext Editor.
- Proactively steer the workorders through different phases of workflow and report the status of the assigned workload.
- Take accountability for the technical updates done to the procedures and the descriptions.
- Follow a defect free delivery approach at each step of production and fully reach the project objectives.
