Technical Writer

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for AI platforms and supporting systems
• Document platform architecture, components, and workflows in a clear, structured manner
• Produce user guides, onboarding material, FAQs, and reference documentation
• Work with engineers and architects to accurately capture system behavior and constraints
• Document standards, best practices, and usage guidelines
• Support governance and compliance documentation needs where required
• Ensure documentation stays current as the platform evolves
• Structure content for different audiences (engineers, domain experts, operations teams)

Qualifications and Notice

• 6–10 years of experience as a technical writer in complex technology environments
• Preff Btech /BCA/MCA
• Immediate to 15 days

Required Skills

• Proven experience documenting platforms, APIs, or enterprise systems
• Ability to understand technical architectures and workflows quickly
• Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and precision
• Experience working closely with engineering and product teams
• Familiarity with documentation tools and structured content approaches
