Responsibilities
- 3–5 years of experience in technical writing or technical documentation, preferably in IT, infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments.
- 3–5 years of professional experience demonstrating exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, including advanced formatting, templates, and basic data manipulation.
- 3–5 years of experience working with Windows operating systems and common enterprise technologies.
- 2–4 years of experience using SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and site maintenance.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Azure Automation or similar workflow automation tools.
- 2–4 years of experience writing, reading, and maintaining PowerShell and command-line scripts.
