Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content Independently gather information from subject matter experts to plan, develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation Research, develop and document technical design specifications Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content Manage updates and revisions to technical literature Preparing IT policy documents and user guides Taking training sessions on the products and Tools used across the organization on the usage of it and its best practices Qualification and skills:
2 – 5 yrs of experience in IT technical documentation Proven experience working in a technical writing position Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Strong attention to detail Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking Who We Are
