We are currently seeking a Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in developing documentation for various infrastructure environments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop comprehensive documentation for processes involving Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Storage, High-Performance Computing (HPC), Linux administration, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Utilize wikis and collaboration tools such as Confluence to create and maintain documentation in an organized and accessible manner.
- Conduct thorough reviews of existing documentation, including compiling and replaying processes, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and identify any gaps or limitations.
- Orchestrate documentation interviews and reviews to capture changes in technical drift and architectural modifications, ensuring that documentation remains up-to-date and evergreen.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in developing technical documentation for infrastructure environments.
- Proficiency in using wikis and collaboration tools like Confluence.
- Strong analytical skills to compile and replay processes for accuracy assessment.
- Ability to orchestrate documentation interviews and reviews effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with IaC, Storage, HPC, Linux administration, networking, and cloud technologies is preferred.
