What you ’ll doCreate and maintain a library of knowledgebase articles for technical support teams and non-technical end users. Translate complex technical concepts into concise, accessible language suited to the target audience. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, verify, and maintain accurate content. Ensure documentation is easy to navigate, searchable, and kept up-to-date with system changes. Design and deliver training programs for end users and technical staff on core applications, systems, and processes. Create training materials including presentations, videos, quick reference guides, and interactive content. Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure understanding and effective use of technology resources.
