What you ’ll do
  • Create and maintain a library of knowledgebase articles for technical support teams and non-technical end users.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into concise, accessible language suited to the target audience.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, verify, and maintain accurate content.
  • Ensure documentation is easy to navigate, searchable, and kept up-to-date with system changes.
  • Design and deliver training programs for end users and technical staff on core applications, systems, and processes.
  • Create training materials including presentations, videos, quick reference guides, and interactive content.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure understanding and effective use of technology resources.
