Role :. 1. Using social media to communicate with staff internally (Private facebook group, Official Whatsapp Group)

2. Delivering various awareness presentations to staff such as Internet Security, Quality Management and Brand Awareness

3. Pre Sales -Creation of RFPs, Proposals – Creating response to RFP, EOIs, LTEs, tenders, proposals and other relevant documentation that would allow Sesame to expand its business opportunities.

4. Monthly Emails to Customers – responding to email response

5. Quarterly Newsletters to customers -– responding to email responses

6. Informational and Promotional SMSs to clients

7. Response to Social Media comments

Educational Qualifications : B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/Msc Computer science

Experience : 2 year
