Technical Writer - Lansing, MI

Contract Duration: Months (Hybrid)

Seeking an experienced Technical Writer to supporting agency initiatives by reviewing and updating documents and web content for ADA WCAG compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with the Services Manager to establish best practices, train program staff, and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

Must Haves:
  • years of general technical writing experience.
  • year of experience mentoring and working with teams to implement documentation standards.
  • years of experience reviewing documentation against standards and addressing gaps.
  • year of experience focusing on ADA compliance.
  • year of experience with ADA tools like Microsoft and Adobe accessibility checkers.
