As a Technical Writer, you will develop and maintain detailed documentation for a diverse set of software products and work with various teams to develop content that will enable customers to successfully install, set up, and use the products.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

  • Developing and writing clear, concise, user‑friendly documentation including high‑level technical content, reference material, and detailed task‑specific work instructions. Includes preparing technical illustrations and graphics for manuals and online help.
  • Reviewing and editing documentation and online help for clarity, accuracy, organization, and alignment with style guides and standards.
