The Business Banking Transformation project requires a Technical Writer to develop a consolidated, living Encore User Guide. This guide will capture field-level definitions and the underlying logic of derived fields within Encore, a new system centralizing Business Banking data. The role will also establish and document operating procedures to ensure the artifact remains accurate, current, and sustainably maintained.
