Technical Writer

A Technical Writer contributes to technical support documentation and instruction manuals, synthesizing material into concise language for users and customers to fully understand; delegates tasks to other writers and editors or corrects copy; studies user feedback for improvement opportunities; and revises and rewrites existing content, editing and updating old copy to match new standards or guidelines. They proofread and ensure a grammar-error-free document before handing it over to the requester.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Education, Journalism, Information Technology or any Business related courses
• With at least 3-5 years of experience in any technical writer field.
