Technical Writer - RFP & Proposals

Tasks

We are looking for a smart, driven, and detail-oriented Technical Writer with experience in RFPs, proposals, and technical documentation. You will play a key role in crafting clear, compelling, and accurate responses for clients, as well as producing internal and customer-facing content.

The ideal candidate is technologically curious, eager to learn, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and write high-quality RFP/RFI/proposal responses and supporting documents
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and customer-friendly content
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to gather required information
• Maintain and update proposal content libraries and templates
• Develop technical documentation such as Product overviews, Feature descriptions, Technical FAQs & Process documentation
• Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and branding across all documents
• Manage timelines and deliverables independently

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Proposal Writer, or similar role
• Proven experience with RFP/RFI or proposal writing
• Strong understanding of technology or SaaS products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and products

Nice to Have

• Experience working in SaaS / AI / enterprise software
• Familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO)
• Basic understanding of AI, automation, or cloud technologies
