As a Technical Writer you will:

  • Writes content and documents to help end users make better decisions and complete online tasks. They work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to craft micro-level content that enables user success.
  • Write documents, create process flows with supporting procedures and edit their work for distribution. This skill is especially important as we migrate existing content pages and PDFs to our new content management systems in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Edit and write online content to ensure its is optimized for webpages and applications, it follows our style guide, and aligns with the objectives outlined by our marketing, change management, learning, and communication teams...
