Technical Writer

There is a famous video of Steve Jobs talking about working backwards from the customer experience as being the best way to build technology products. And that is exactly how the Customer Experience team at Tink thinks about its work. Our mission is to deliver world-class product experiences with a sharp focus on our customers. We do this by bringing together a group of incredibly talented engineers, designers and creatives, provide the conditions required for their talent to flourish, and pursue our best ideas together as a team.

We are now looking for a Technical Writer to take charge of our Documentation portal (docs.tink.com) so customers can integrate smoothly and effortlessly to the Tink platform. As Tink’s Tech Writer, you will need to be technically proficient and comfortable collaborating with engineers and product teams to ensure their documentation is accurate and easy to understand.
