Job Description

• Understand the scope of documentation.
• Collate and analyze available documentation such as requirement documents or specification documents.
• Create and maintain a central knowledge database which will include updates, organization, translation requests, announcements, and known issues.
• Support the creation of training material for product verticals.
• Respond to all knowledge database feedback and targeted training feedback.
• Audit knowledge database and training to ensure information is current.

Qualifications

• Any full‑time college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with specialization in English/Mass Communications/Technical Communications.
