**_When product teams need user guides and other instructional content for the reagents, software, and instruments we sell, they contact the Technical Communications group. We gather and analyze technical and product information from scientists, software developers, engineers, product managers, and other team members, then collaborate with them to deliver high-quality user instructions to our customers. In short, we create content that makes our products easy to use and helps scientists reach their intended results._**
