Technical/Installation Specialist

We are growing our WA crew, and we would love a hands-on teammate to help us install, commission, and maintain our automatic lubrication systems.

As official distributor of two important brands, we will train you from design to service, smart lubrication solutions.

You will also pitch in on day-to-day workshop tasks including cartridge filling, building lubricant system containers, and more.

Responsibilities

• As a Technical Specialist at Memolub Australia / Clean Lube Solutions you will perform the following duties:
• Assemble, install, commission, and service automatic lubrication systems on fixed equipment (conveyors, crushers and mills).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, such as fault-finding, flow/pressure/quantity tuning and functional checks.
• Observe and record technical data, update drawings/sketches and BOMs, prepare installation kits, and produce clear and concise service reports.
• Contribute in the workshop, eg. filling cartidges, tubing, welding and lubrication container installation.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

• Must Haves
• Mechanical background (industrial maintenance, fluid systems, tubing/crimping, ability to read mechanical drawings).
• Resourceful, hands-on problem solver who enjoys site work, and takes pride in clean, safe installations.
• Confidence with tools.
• Excellent documentation habits (photos, sketches and reporting).
• Strong safety mindset, medically fit, ability to pass random drug and alcohol screening, and comfortable working on mining/industrial sites.
• Basic electrical/control knowledge (12/24 V, sensors, simple PLCs).
• Experience with centralised lubrication, hydraulics/pneumatics, and/or mining equipment.
• Forklift or EWP permits.
• Mining inductions already valid.
