The Techncian Support Specialist will be supported the local and visitor users, respond to IT enquiries from clients and help them to resolve or escalate to the next support levels, monitoring and maintain IT infrastructure working properly. Able to evaluate and fix meeting rooms problems.
**Requirements**:
2 years of experience in Onsite support
Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science
Advanced computer skills
Ability to interact comfortably with senior leadership.
Aptitude and interest in learning new technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
