TECHNICIAN 3, MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT

Job Summary

Perform general and specific preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment, requiring diagnostic equipment and procedures to maintain and repair production equipment. The majority of work is conducted in a cleanroom environment requiring specialized clothing.

Participate in continuous improvement activities, identify and solve problems as part of a team or independently, and utilize tools such as Promis, SPC, Oracle, Fault Detection Control, and other electronic media for documentation and general work performance.

Follow prescribed safety, cleanroom, and documentation procedures. Assist in equipment installations, writing specifications/procedures, performing projects, and other tasks assigned by the Manager and/or team.

Dismantle, adjust, and repair equipment according to maintenance specifications and repair manuals. Use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges, and common test equipment for calibratio...
