Summary
This critical role involves working as an electrical controls technician within a hydroelectric power plant.
Responsibilities
Under general supervision removes tests installs repairs calibrates and maintains all but the most complicated types of electronic electrical and mechanical equipment such as meters demand devices recorders relays telemetering devices supervisory and automatic control devices radio equipment and photoelectric controls; makes regularly scheduled tests on revenue metering equipment investigates radio and television interference complaints; develops oscillograph records. Makes reports and tabulates data for maintenance records. Works with and assists Technician of higher grade.
