**Job Title: Technician**
**Job Overview**
We are looking for a Technician to assemble and inspect Integrated Dewar and Cooler Assemblies (IDCAs). This role follows clear work instructions and focuses on quality, accuracy, and teamwork.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble IDCAs by following written process steps
+ Inspect parts using basic measurement tools
+ Record process data and equipment information
+ Help identify and fix process issues
+ Communicate findings with engineers
+ Train and support other team members
+ Follow cleanroom and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) procedures
+ Prepare kits for new builds using inventory and ERP systems
**Required Skills**
+ Experience with dewar assembly and wire bonding
+ Experience working with electrical lab test equipment
+ Ability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, hex keys)
+ Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
+ Good communication skill...
