TECHNICIAN COORDINATOR

We are looking for a Technician Coordinator who is able to coordinate daily technical operations and perform basic to intermediate in-house machine repair and troubleshooting. This role requires both coordination capability and hands‑on technical skills to support service efficiency and reduce downtime.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule technicians for installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance works
• Assign daily job orders and ensure technicians are properly briefed before site deployment
• Perform in‑house machine diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair for returned, faulty, or test units
• Support technicians with technical advice, problem analysis, and solution planning
• Monitor job progress and follow up on completion status, delays, or technical issues
