Job Description
Take care of Gleason GMS 175M equipment and perform Gear inspection
- Support New project development on GD&T inspection (FPI, parts qualification, troubleshooting etc...)
- Interpret 2D prints GD&T, skilled in using 2d and 3d software for measurement software
- Operate and programing 3D scanner, CMM, 2D vision system, Heigh gauge etc...
- Communicate with supervisor or maintenance when problems arise.
- Use PC to complete the necessary paperwork associated with met lab checks.
- Maintain accurate entries on daily logs
- Perform routine's equipment maintenance and calibration
- Ensure create report correctly and sign off
