Technician, Engineering Lab

**Job Summary/Overview**:
**Position**:Metrologist **Location**:Monterrey
**Position Overview**: The Metrologist is responsible for maintaining quality assurance processes, testing of products, recording and analyzing measurement results gathered during product development and production.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain inspection reports
- Ensure compliance to company standards and specifications
- Maintain and document calibration of quality control equipment
- Perform inspections across all stages of production
- Prepare and maintain test data for review
- Evaluate data and draft reports, analize any relevant deviations from existing standards
- Works with Materials/Purchasing Department to assure acceptable supplier quality and delivery, with manufacturing to assure acceptable process quality and with NDP Engineering to assure acceptable product specs.
