Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Carry out inspection of riser and internal pipes, maintenance, repair and alteration of riser and service pipes, liaise with customers and supervise contractors.

  • Conduct and meet targeted number of gas inspections for gas riser pipe, external and internal gas pipe in residential premises as assign by supervisor.

  • Carry out maintenance and repair works of risers in HDB and private estates that are found and reported to be poor condition.

  • Supervise contractor in the maintenance and repair works of risers in HDB and private estates that are found and reported to be poor condition.

  • Assist in supervising contractor in the addition and alteration works of risers in HDB and private estates.

  • Liaise with premise owners on appointments for riser inspection or repair works.
