Technician

Position Summary: The Technician is primarily responsible for installing and servicing commercial security products including intrusion, access control, and video, and fire systems. Position Responsibilities: Install and service commercial security devices/systems including intrusion, access control, video, and fire Complete final system testing upon completion of installation or service Interpret scopes of work and blueprints Abide by building code standards and company safety standards Identify and prepare pathways and supports for new cabling system installations Pull copper and coaxial cable in backbone, horizontal and riser environments Exhibit professional appearance and conduct Communicate with Service Coordinators, Technicians, Project Mangers, Field Managers and other co-workers as required regarding project or call status Provide exceptional customer service Participate in on-call schedule
