How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

As Technician I, RF, you will support RF/Wireless engineering work through RF tuning, development, construction, and testing of base station antennas and related processes. You will apply basic engineering, electronics, and mechanical principles to perform a variety of technical tasks and assist in solving complex problems. This role will be based in Verna, Goa.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Identifying new Techniques to tune RL/ISO or identify the Source causing RL degradation.


• Being able to tune antenna quickly and achieve RL/ISO consistency across units (like identify new stub on FDBD, PSA)


• Operating test equipment including but not limited to power meters, network analyzers, PIM analyzers.


• Working closely on new concept and design with RF engineers to provide suggestions for improvement and CR ideas.


• Documenting procedures/process related to work assignments including production drawings, tests plans, procedures, under the guidance of RF engineers.


• Investigating and troubleshooting on prototypes, including RF parameter tuning and guide other team members.


• Working independently on more complex & first in family projects.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Preferably Bachelor's or Diploma in related curriculum.


• Minimum 3+ year of relevant experience preferred.

You Will Excite Us If You:

• Have hands-on experience in basic antenna design, testing, tuning, and building.


• Possess strong soldering skills and can identify good vs. bad solder joints.


• Have experience in product assembly, including test and tune processes.


• Are familiar with RF test instruments like Network Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers.


• Have good communication and time management skills.
