We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will support the design and implementation process, ensuring the highest quality of execution in projects. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail to turn designs into reality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Drawings and Documentation Interpret and translate design concepts into technical drawings (2D and 3D).
    Prepare and review construction documentation and technical specifications.
    Collaborate with designers to ensure feasibility and accuracy of designs.

  • Project Implementation Supervise and assist in the installation of furniture, fixtures, and finishes as per the design plan.
    Conduct on-site measurements and verify dimensions for accuracy.
    Troubleshoot technical issues during project execution.

  • Material Handling and Coordination Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
    Verify material quality and specifications upon delivery.

  • Compliance and Standards Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
    Maintain quality control throughout all stages of the project.

  • Team Collaboration Work closely with interior designers, project managers, and other team members.
    Provide feedback on technical aspects of designs to enhance project outcomes.

  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
