Section Head of Carsem Wide Band Gap FA Lab

I'm looking for experienced technicians for our new Wide Band Gap IC FA Lab located at Gunung Rapat, Ipoh, Perak. Preference is for candidates with IC Packaging FA background experience. Skills required include IC Packaging sample preparation, CSAM/Chemical Decap/FESEM/3D X-RAY, or skills related to IC packaging FA work.
