Technician

Requirements

• Diploma level or higher.
• Experience in servicing and maintenance of air-conditioning & electrical systems is an advantage.
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Leadership/management skills
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• To ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards.
• Perform preventive and breakdown technical support maintenance for building services, mechanical, electrical, facilities equipment and other associated building maintenance work such as miscellaneous repairs of doors, windows, etc.
• Maintain assigned equipment in proper working order.
• Maintain a proper inventory of equipment, supplies, and other necessary items required to perform duties assigned.
• Prepare daily work reports.
• Any other duties assigned by the superior.
