Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, service/repair and commission machineries/automotive equipment.
• Provide after sales service and technical support to customer.
• Attend to customer’s feedback, enquiries and complaints on technical issues.
• Follow up on the preparation/packing, delivery and handover of equipment sold by the company.
• Ensure all installation, service and repair jobs progress on time or according to schedule.
• Provide technical advice to sales team and customer on installation requirement and service needs.
• Provide training to customers / end-users.
• Responsible for the upkeep of all tools and equipment in the company.
• Any other jobs or assignment that may be assigned accordingly at the discretion of the company.

Requirements

• Familiar with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including installation, operation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
