Job Description

•Diagnose and solve problems claimed by customers towards certain products.
• Follow the schedule of appointments done by Technical Manager.

• Report problems encountered with clients to Technical Manager.

• Fill in needed forms and reports accurately.

• Undergo necessary maintenance to the tools & equipment at hand.

• Assess the needed tools, chemicals or other solutions using specific amounts and dosages of chemicals or other required products.

• Prioritize clients according to urgent matters & problems occurred.

• Responsible for solving technical problems of dispensers.

• Conducting site evaluation of client before installation and maintenance.

• Installing / dismantling sanitizers machines, laundry dispensers.

• Educate the client on proper mixing units of chemicals and usage of machines installed by company.

• Attend company requests and assist technical manager when needed.

• Preserve Company Image (uniform, tools, equipment, chemicals, driving habits, politeness and responsible behavior).
