About The Job

• The Technician's mission is to monitor IT resources and the operational management of such resources. Activities cover technical and application environments

Your Main Activities Are

• Monitor and analyze warnings of IT resources by processing technical / functional warnings or escalates them
• Incorporates instructions from ADM for non-operational incidents and tracks and notifies malfunctions
• Processes requests for specific actions (processing, extraction, specific work, among others)
• Creates control points as part of procedures and operating methods to ensure that work goes smoothly and drafts ad hoc reporting

and Skills to Success

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science or related
• Up to 2 years of experience in Information Technology or similar
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral
