Technician - Maintenance Technician IV

Responsibilities

:
* Manage and execute facilities upgrades, renovations, and energy efficiency initiatives
* Maintain and troubleshoot high and low voltage systems, including 1.5 MW supply site, generators, fire pumps, and substations
* Monitor and support solar energy systems (1.3 MW rooftop installation) in coordination with vendors
* Lead electrical projects and oversee continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain maintenance logs, schematics, and sub-meter systems for power monitoring
* Act as the point of contact for vendor coordination and troubleshooting
* Participate in an on-call rotation (every 3-4 weeks after 6 PM, with ***/day compensation)

Must-Haves:
* Master Electrician License with a minimum of 5 years of experience
* Hands-on experience with commercial-level generators
