Job Description
- Execute the routine preventive maintenance and necessary setup for the site facility utilities systems, production equipment, automation systems, control systems, gases systems, etc. in a timely manner and in compliance with engineering standards, operating policies & procedures, and safety requirements. Supervise and verify third party contractors work in some cases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production equipment and manufacturing process problems with prioritization on equipment corrective maintenance
- Participate in problem solving discussions with cross functional teams to identify and define equipment and process problems root cause, evaluate solutions, act on action plans, and continue to make improvements
- Support engineer in performing manufacturing process work instructions, process & equipment risk assessment, etc. documents write up
