Technician

We are working to support a well-regarded, privately-owned service, repairs and tyre specialist that have been serving the needs of North Devon and Somerset for nearly 40 years.

Based in Minehead, they now seek a skilled and qualified TECHNICIAN to join their established team

Experience and qualifications are essential.  Ideally, you’ll hold your Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent – IMI, City and Guilds etc) and have a minimum 5 year’s professional workshop experience.  However, skilled and experienced Technicians with a Level 2 qualification accompanied by strong competencies are also encouraged to supply.

Regular activities here will extend to:

• Routine servicing all makes, models and brands to manufacturer standards.
• MOT repairs.
• Routine and preventive maintenance (cambelts, clutches, dual mass flywheels etc).
• General fault diagnosis.
