Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Support in the installation of network cables, devices, and other network equipment
  • Provide PC support and setting up connection to the network
  • Perform standby duties during events / conferences / exhibitions show days
  • Troubleshoot PC, network and cabling issues
  • Perform regular maintenance on network equipment, digital signage and inventory

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Education & Certification

  • NITEC in Electronics, Computer Networking and Communications / Infocomm Technology or Higher NITEC in IT Systems and Networks

    • Experience

  • PC support, network equipment and network cabling support
  • Basic audio/visual knowledge

    • Competencies

  • Willing to work on shift
  • Able to work at heights
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and with an emphasis on customer service
