As a Network and IT Infrastructure Technician you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, maintenance, and documentation of CSU’s network and infrastructure assets across Technical Rooms (TRs). The role supports asset management, infrastructure planning, and technical assurance activities critical for operational continuity and system reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full walkthroughs of all Technical Rooms (TRs) within CSU's remit.

• Record, document, and label all relevant network and infrastructure components.

• Create and maintain a validated dataset of CSU-owned equipment in PatchManager / CableSolve.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency between physical assets and database records.
